Often harassment prevention training focuses on what not to do, but a new series of interactive workshops are being offered that concentrate on encouraging a welcoming and collaborative workplace at the Lab.
The Equal Employment Opportunity team is sponsoring two harassment prevention workshops. The first class, Civility in the Workplace, is designed for supervisors. The second class, Respectful Workplaces, is appropriate for anyone at the Lab and focuses on communication issues within a team. These courses count toward your mandatory harassment prevention training requirement, but if you already have credit, taking these classes will provide you with practice to improve your skills.
There is no cost for these workshops, but seats are limited so sign up today.
