Meditation on Mondays at 11:30 a.m.

Training in meditation and mindful awareness can help improve focus and reduce stress, among other benefits. The Lab’s Mindfulness Meditation Club is sponsoring meditation sessions on Mondays at 11:30 a.m. in Perseverance Hall (Bldg. 54-130). Go here for more on the benefits of meditation.


  1. it would be very Zen if these meditations were provided via Zoom as well. It would stress me out to have to stop what I’m doing, run up to pers hall and then back again. But, if I could just join a Zoom session, chill out and then get back to work, Wow!
