Keep Your Contact Information Current

It is important for employees to ensure that their correct home address, phone number, and emergency contact information are on file at the Lab. Updates can be made at the Employee Self-Service website. Any updates to home addresses will be sent electronically to the benefit plan providers and will be used for mailing information and to verify eligibility for some UC medical plans.


  1. Update your filing system

    It is important that the lab correlates their many systems carrying contact information. While my home address is correct since ~10 years, sometimes HRIS still uses an old mailing address from 2004, which seems to be somewhere in their system. Only God knows what important mail did not reach me. On the Employee Self-Service website you can only change your home address. I would not know where you can indicate a different mailing address or change it.
