Lab researcher Jennifer Doudna and NPR science correspondent Joe Palca spoke late last year as part of Director Witherell’s Distinguished Women in Science speaker series. The series provides a venue for prominent women researchers to discuss their work, experiences, and perspectives. Doudna led the development of the CRISPR-Cas9 genome editing technique.
