Fleming Wins 2011 Remsen Award

Graham Fleming, Senior Faculty Scientist in the Lab’s Physical Biosciences Division and Vice Chancellor for Research at UC Berkeley, has won the 2011 Remsen Award, conferred by the Maryland Section of the American Chemical Society. The Remsen Award was established in 1946 to commemorate the career of Ira Remsen, who devoted his career to teaching and research in chemistry. Fleming’s research focuses on ultrafast spectroscopy of chemical and biological systems.
