Maxon Testifies Before House Committee on National Labs, U.S. Competitiveness

On March 14, Associate Laboratory Director for Biosciences Mary Maxon testified before the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Science, Space & Technology. During the hearing — titled “National Laboratories: World-Leading Innovation in Science” — Maxon pointed to the national laboratories’ ability to address national mission needs through their user facilities, the versatility and breadth of their scientific research expertise, and their partnerships with universities and industry.
