This program is actually open to residents in many East Bay cities, not just Berkeley. Others include Albany, El Cerrito, Emeryville, Oakland, Piedmont, San Leandro and Hayward. Eligibility is based on ZIP code and the full list can be found at https://www.earthquakebracebolt.com/Content/AboutEBB. We had our home retrofitted under this program last fall.
