Can I once again urge you to consider having this event in the summer? My kids would enjoy it, but they are not willing to miss a day of school for it. They can’t be the only kids in that boat!

How about calling it “Children to Work Day”? I’d love my children to participate, but since they are non-binary gendered, they’d just find the title non-inclusive and unwelcoming. Thanks!
