‘MAKERS: Women in Space’ Film Screening to Celebrate Women’s History Month

In celebration of Women’s History Month, the Lab’s Diversity & Inclusion Office will screen “MAKERS: Women in Space,” a PBS documentary that traces the history of women pioneers in the U.S. space program, on Tuesday, March 21, at noon in the Bldg. 50 Auditorium; and on Tuesday, March 28, at 12:30 p.m., at the Joint Genome Institute, Conference Room 149A. More>

    The film should be called “MAKERS: U.S. Women in Space,” because it’s limited to American women in the space program. There are other countries with space programs, you know.
