Berkeley Lab is now vetting potential nominees for the 2014 R&D100 Awards, presented by R&D Magazine to its 100 top technologies of 2013. The competition seeks technologically significant inventions with compelling applications and benefits. To be eligible, nominees must have been first available for licensing or purchase in 2013. Ideal nominees are typically more developed technologies with concrete performance data and/or a prototype. Contact Suzanne Storar (x4306) by Friday, Nov. 1 with proposed nominees and questions about the competition. Go here for more information about the awards. Berkeley Lab’s past R&D 100 award winners are listed here.
