The Lab’s Passport to Wellness Club is offering two classes taught by club president Tennessee Gock. A wellness tips class, including head-to-toe and eye exercises, will be held on Tuesday, July 23, from noon to 1 p.m., in Building 70A-3377. A Tai Chi/Wu Xing class will be held on Tuesday, August 6, noon to 1 p.m., in Building 15-253. Tai Chi routines are mostly slow and meditative but Wu Xing exercise is aerobic, so dress appropriately.
