  1. LOCATION CHANGE for Second Tai Chi / Wu Xing Class –> 15-253, Tuesday, 8/6/13, Noon to 1 pm.

  2. WELLNESS CLASS — For those who had attended my wellness class before, please know that I will cover many new stuff, including how to quickly eliminate a headache and leg cramp, different exercises to improve brain, kidney and bladder functions, and how to help regain someone’s consciousness without causing harm to the person (but only after calling 911 first), etc. All good stuff that I am excited to share with you! You are also welcome to come share your wellness tips. Come to the class with comfortable clothing.

TAI CHI / WU XING — Encore by popular demand, this is a non-traditional kind of Tai Chi consisting of a set of easy-to-learn routines that vary from 4 to 16 minutes. These low-impact exercises will help promote circulation, muscle strength, joint flexibility, mobility, balance, bone density, and metabolism. Also included in this class is the wonderful Wu Xing exercise. NOTE: Tai Chi routines are mostly slow and meditative but Wu Xing exercise is aerobic, so please dress appropriately.
