UC Program Offers Opportunity to Assess Your Supervisory Skills

The University of California has announced its annual Management Skills Assessment Program (MSAP) for Northern California campuses. MSAP is designed for supervisors with one to three years experience to gain insights into their managerial skills through small group work in simulated management scenarios. MSAP will be held at Asilomar in Pacific Grove from April 30 to May 3. The registration fee and transportation costs are charged to the supervisor’s division. Go here for MSAP applications, program details, and selection criteria. All applications must be submitted to Emalynn Robinson by Friday, March 1, to be considered. One slot is available for the Lab.
