Earth Sciences Talk Tomorrow on Global Sea Level Change

On Friday, the Earth Sciences Division will host a Distinguished Scientist Seminar Series featuring Jerry Mitrovica, who will discuss “Taking the Fingerprints of Global Sea Level Change.” During his talk, Mitrovica explains how sea level is a sensitive indicator of climate change, both in the modern world and across geological time. He will focus on the fingerprints of sea level change in our progressively warming world. The seminar begins at 10:30 a.m. in Building 66 Auditorium and will be followed by a question and answer session. More>
