Diversity Council Talk on ‘Celebrating Multiple Identities’ on Nov. 7

Frank Worrell, UC Berkeley professor of cognition and development, will present a lecture on “Celebrating Multiple Identities: Looking for Similarities, Building on Differences,” Wednesday, Nov. 7, at noon in the Building 50 Auditorium. He will draw from his research and professional experience to discuss the diversity inside of groups as well as the similarities throughout all groups. Worrell is the director of the UC Berkeley School Psychology Program and the faculty director for the Academic Talent Development Program and the California College Preparatory Academy. The event is sponsored by the Lab’s Diversity and Inclusion Council.
