The Public Affairs Office is looking for volunteers for the Solano Stroll, a daylong festival in North Berkeley and Albany on Sunday, Sept. 9 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Visitors can stop by the Lab’s booth to learn more about who we are, what we do, and how we do it. The booth will be located in front of the Solano Florist (1863 Solano Ave. at Fresno Ave). Before or after volunteering, employees can enjoy great food and entertainment. General volunteers can go here to sign up for a two-hour slot. Scientists and researchers who can represent and possibly demonstrate their work can sign up here.
