Starting Friday, June 22, Grizzly Gate hours will be changed to accommodate an upgrade project. Staff can enter from 6:30 to 9:30 a.m., however no exiting will be permitted. The project is expected to continue through late September. A brown-bag meeting on the project is scheduled for Wednesday, 11 a.m., in Building 76-235. Why not just post a link to a summary of the work that is being done so that people don’t have to spend a hour plus travel time to go to the brown bag. That’s what the lab intranet is for…
Will exit from the Strawberry gate be possible later into the evenings and on weekends while this work to Grizzly Gate is going on? Or will exit only be via Blackberry off-hours?
Three months of no exiting from Grizzley Peak will have significant time impact on many employees, so providing as much flexibility as possible to exit Strawberry Canyon (or Grizzley Peak during off hours if feasible?) is important.
