As part of a UC’s wellness event to mark National Employee Health & Fitness Day, the Lab is participating in a UC Walks event on Wednesday, May 23, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., starting on the cafeteria lawn. Participants can walk for the full two hours, or as little as 30 minutes. StayWell members may participate in this event as an alternate follow-up program to earn an incentive award. More>

I am a retiree as well as an associate and I live in Midlothian, Texas 76065-4723. I run with my huskey dog team 3-4 days out of a week ~3miles/ run and I work out with streatching exercises 2 to 3 days aweek and do heavy ork out for 1 hour on an exercise machine. I eat a large breakfast normally oatmeal and Grapefruit plus yogert and every now and then cottage cheese with Jalapinos
