1. Please shut off that god-awful music. Let’s have some peace and quiet while we eat, and maybe even have a chance to talk with one-another.
2. How about putting salt, pepper and napkins on every table?
3. Try to straighten out the tables so that we don’t have to find our way through a maze in order to sit down and eat.
Hi. I think the Cafe is doing very well. The “Taste” section (both parts) is particularly good and reasonably fast. I also like the Mexican section quite a bit.
The grill very often has interesting combinations for the “special,” but I will only go there if the line is really short. The wait is way too long otherwise. It is quite a slow section over there.
The desserts, juices, drinks, etc. are quite good.
The panini (spelling?) area is not very good at all. There are no whole grain choices for the bread, little-to-no veggies included, and the sandwich is invariably cold – not toasted the way a Panini should be. I have been disappointed twice there, and have not gone back.
The tossed salads are OK. I had one once that was to include “grilled chicken,” but I have to say that the chicken was cold and slimy. I have not felt like going back after that.
Overall, though, I’m pretty pleased with the quality of food at BVC and buy my lunch there every day at this point.
It would be nice if the parts that close at 1:30 were open until the 2pm of the grill and salad bar.
