The Farmer’s Market held last month proved very successful. Because of this support from the Lab community, four Farmer’s Markets are being planned for 2012, with the first to be held in mid-May. Cafeteria vendor Epicurean will have organic produce for sale during November and February in the Bay View Café. They will also offer daily menu items that incorporate the featured the “star” produce, as well as recipes.
